Hey folks! So the fundraising is still going on at http://algonquinanimation2012.tumblr.com/ We've got a bunch of great artists there!

Also, I've set up an informal blog at http://sythil.tumblr.com/ I'll be doing more photography and other random things over there through out the years. Just because I can ^_^

Fund Raising

Here are some examples of the type of work I'll will create for those wishing to help out my programs Grad Show. Though I've only shown a small example of my work, If you're interested in having a piece created, contact me and we can work out the details.

It's Snow Joke

This is my sections of a short film i made with my group for animation class. It's only my sections and the leica reel that I had made earlier in the semester. I wish the 3/4 run wasn't so dark, but when I tried to lighten it, the drawings dissapeared. In retrospect I should have taken it into after effects....

Short film rough animation

This is a rough scene for a short film I'm making with a group in class. It's missing the background at the moment. It's my first perspective run. His feet slide at the end as he skids on some snow, but it doesn't look like I'll have time to throw that snow splatter effect in. I'm currently working on a clean up scene for the last week of class.

11 Seconds

This was an assignment in harmony using an audio clip from the 11 second club. I picked this one from "The Bird Cage" with Nathan Lane and Robin Williams. I loved the movie and the audio was priceless. It could be better, but I missed the first class of the assignment while I was having knee surgery. I would have been able to work on during the week I was off school, but I wasn't able to go down stairs safely to access my computer. oh well. C'est la vie!

LipSync

This is my first lip sync. The hair is still really stiff and I need to work on making my timing less even. I'm working on another one right now but I can't post it because it's to a song that I don't have rights to use online. Maybe one day!

Colour explosion!

My life drawing teacher gave me the OK to use coloured conte... I had a lot of fun with this one!
